Our products are mainly gluten-free and organic from some of Boulder and Denver’s brightest food brands. We work hard to provide the best services to our customers and offer a wide selection of products. Serving our customers with friendly, respectful, and timely service is our number one goal.
Paul Salazar, the owner, and founder graduated from the Culinary Academy of San Francisco in the mid-1980s. He worked in fine dining restaurants in San Francisco and throughout the Bay Area for over twenty years
Paul loved moving to Colorado with his lovely wife, Suzanne, who was born and raised in Boulder. They moved to Colorado in 2008 to help Suzanne’s aging parents in their final years. He then purchased a small food manufacturing business with a partner in 2009. Within a couple of years, Paul began distributing local products starting with Sanctuary Chai, Bobo’s Oat Bars, and Outrageous Baking Breads.
Paul has a passion for the cleanest high-quality products on the market. He sold the manufacturing business in 2015 to fully concentrate on supporting local businesses and distributing local products. Solis is a small, family business that excels at personalized service to its customers. Solis is now serving over 200 wonderful customers across the Front Range and distributing hundreds of items each all-natural and most locally made.
